Curious. I just checked at Amazon. A number of editions were listed, all “currently unavailable.” There was one used pb copy for $298, but when I clicked on it, it also became currently unavailable. here’s the result of my search:

Especially troubling is the interview with a former Weather Underground undercover agent at the very bottom of the page. The Weather Underground openly discussed exterminating 25 million Americans who refused to be “re-educated” into communism.
