Isn’t the seismic trace of an underground nuke detonation clearly distinguishable from that of an earthquake?

I'm certainly no expert, but the answer to that has almost got to be yes.

Worldwide distribution of earthquakes (notice the location of Iran)

Trying to sell a minor earthquake as a nuclear test is just publicly confessing you're stupid.
