There are some decent people left in CH!

FWIW, Lindy Pendergrass is a good guy, despite being a Dem.

BTW, not only are they teaching the child to steal, they are teaching him to lie. Wanted to see how it was put together is why he tried to rip it out of the ground? What crap...

Noble says his son just wanted to see how the sign was put together.

Well, it looks like the inquisitive little tyke found out, didn't he? (hehehe)

That boy was only nine so someone put him up to it. I can’t believe the father had the audacity to complain.

So guess who probably put him up to it?

You don't understand...that fellow obviously had too many McCain/Palin signs. It was his socaial obligation to give it up to share with those who had none!

| No, seriously, caught red handed with wrongdoing, the dad lied about what happened rather than take responsibility, with a lie so outlandish it was expected to work. Thank you, Bill Clinton; there's your legacy.

Someone here had a skunk scent boob trap idea

Now, as a woman, that sounds really painful (and quite stinky!) :-)

not to mention the added embarassment of being dragged over by the parents and being forced to apologize.

The boys and I picked up several signs last week and put them out in front of the house. Our next door neighbor had an Obama sign in his yard very close to our driveway (the only one on our stretch of road) that the next morning was moved up on the hill, farther away and parallel to the road. We think he’s intimidated, or maybe thinks something will happen to his sign. hee hee. He can see it now from his windows.

Our boys are very excited and go out to make sure the signs are still there each morning. So far no damage to any McCain signs in our neighborhood but farther away several are slashed.

Looks like instead of ripping it out of the ground, the inquisitive little tyke provided just a little more ground......hehehehe.

Need to teach him to read. There was a warning sign next to the sign.

The father should be arrested for interfering with first amendment rights. At least the homeowner wasn’t exercising his second amendment rights.

In the good ole days at a factory I worked in practical jokes were a daily part of the routine, and often involved electricity. One guy had his toolbox wired up to 110v, but saw the wire before he touched it. He retaliated by welding an iron bar around the other guys tool box that took an hour to cut off. Other pranks involved instafoam, forklifts, high pressure hot water hoses, baking powder and shrinkwrap. Boy, the good old days could be dangerous.

Maybe the owner should place a Welcome mat on the front porch in a pool of water attached to a cord going to nowhere, and tell the upset parent he is standing on a field modified truth detector and ask if he would like to have it energized.

Y’all can take this for what you will, but I just did a check on the guy’s voter registration (all public info), and he’s a registered Democrat!
