I was sent a video of Khalidi speaking at a 2007 lecture about the Israeli "occupation" and Chicago style politics. I edited together this video highlighting his views. This guy is a fanatic. This is a preview of what the LA Times tape would be in all likelihood.
Well we can at least agree with him that Chicago politics under the Democrats is an absolute cesspool!! And that’s what the Obamanation comes from, and he found NOTHING to challenge there, unlike Sarah Palin who took on and thrashed the establishment of her own party in Alaska.
But I agree that Khalidi is obviously an apologist for Palestinian terrorism (and was at least formerly a close associate of the PLO in the 80s, whether or not he still maintains any close ties).
Wish we could deport Khalidi and pals to Gaza and let them commune with their favorite terrorists there......
This man is a raving lunatic. Obama seems to love lunatics. Wright, Ayers, his wife MicHelle and many others. Obama is as loony as they are. He needs to be in psychotherapy. Not in the Oval Office.

I think he had a break with Arafat in the 80s,(I'm on a limb here)the Arafat faction being less than fanatical on the 'single state solution', the equivalent of being soft on Israel. Khalidi wasn't a jihadist, he was more of a secularist (think PFLP, George Habash), These guys were marxist, right up obama's alley.

I’m watching it and the audio is totally out of sync. How do I fix that?
I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the audio/video delay, but I mean, you get the idea. It’s kind of funny though, because you actually start paying attention to his body movements and realize he is flailing all over the place with his hands and arms, really getting intense.
Can you imagine if this is the kind of stuff on the LA Times tape? Wow, the election would be OVAH!
Did you guys also catch in the video that Khalidi is staunchly for the U.S. to engage dictators without pre-conditions?

I find it pretty incredible that this man is teaching Mid-east history when he doesn’t seem to know it. Ahhhhh....but then he DOES understand Chicago politics, doesn’t he? ;-/
