1) The "rise" has been occurring for decades through successive administrations and congresses.
2) That picture of Pelois and the gang of current democratic socialists who have been in charge of Congress looks like the cast of some kind of cheap, B-rated, horror flick. Wholly appopropritate for the Banana Republic they are trying to usher in.
