Folks, this is what Stalin did. This is what Mao ZeDong did. This is what Fidel Castro did. The only difference is the numbers that actually died.
Have no doubt that a President of the United States could easily do the same thing.

I never thought it could happen here because of our Constitution. It is frightening that Obama has such disdain for the Constitution and would dismiss it as not relevant today.
