I believe I said 300 to 237, McCain victory
I've looked at the states and I can put together half a dozen scenarios leading to a McCain win and half a dozen leading to an Obama victory. So at this point I honestly don't know which will win. I hope it'll be McCain, but I can't say that I'm confident of that yet. But I will say that whichever candidate does win they'll do it with fewer than 300 electoral votes. probably fewer than 280. Those who are predicting an Obama landslide or a McCain blowout are only deluding themselves.
I also think that we'll know early on just how accurate the polls are.
