I agree, but that's not what the Bradley Effect refers to. People are afraid to tell pollsters that they won't vote for Barry because they don't want to be seen as racists, not because they are racists. That causes pollsters to overestimate support for Barry, and that is what what the campaign fears. They don't know who will vote for them.
I agree with your definition of the Bradley effect but the problem is that this effect has been totally skewed this year due to the over sampling of dems to get the numbers they want that show Obama ahead and the very high number of undecided voters(which are in no way undecided).
This year is going to have a huge manufactured Bradley effect so that we get riots if Obama loses. This years polls have been a criminal enterprise.
