Would Obama’s chargebacks be a public record with access for all?

Would Obamas chargebacks be a public record with access for all?
No, the chargebacks would be invoked by those whose credit cards were used without their knowledge to donate to the campaign, however, I imagine the fraud is large enough that would could get the word out to folks nationwide and this would cause an outrage, basically, you could take one of those leaked lists of credit cards and sit here all day long donating money. That's probably what is happening in part, of course, the foreign money from Europe and Islam is pouring in I'm sure.
Individuals like you and me would have to notice things on our credit card we didn't charge, contact our credit card company and then Obama's campaign would get a charge back, of course, the bill has to come first and the election is a few days away.
I HOPE THE FEDS MONITORING US ARE HONEST ENOUGH AND LOVE THIER COUNTRY ENOUGH TO LOOK INTO THIS, THIS IS TREASON, DO YOU LOVE YOUR COUNTRY? THEN ACT, STOP THIS, CHARGE HIM. TURNING OFF AVS IS A VERY DELIBERATE AND DANGEROUS ACT IN THE WORLD OF FINANCE, YOU WOULD ONLY DO THIS IF YOU WANTED TO ENCOURAGE ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULANT MONEY.
