I read an article about the decision in the Berg case and it said the posted Birth Certificate was indeed legal and that there was an announcement of his birth in some Hawaiian Newspaper.

What are the Hawaiian authorities saying in regard to the Birth Certificate? Has anyone seen this alleged birth announcement? Why does 0bama refuse to straighten this out when he could so easily do just that?

Here’s a theory - it is in his interest not to straighten it out because every minute wasted on this totally kooky idea is a minute not spent talking about his radical socialist past.

There was a birth announcement published in Hawaii 9 days after he was born, but it lists no place of birth.

Obama can’t straighten it out for the reasons stated in this article.
