I don’t think the problem lies with the original birth, or certificate. I think the problem is with the adoption. When He went to Indonesia his name was changed. He is listed on school records as Barry Soetoro. Now they could have just done this for convenience, to get him into school illegally as a resident. We just don’t know if he was legally adopted or not. I know that when I remarried, my kids didn’t change their names and they weren’t adopted. So assuming he was adopted, you can’t unadopt a child. I just feel that somehow this changed his citizenship status. Perhaps he is now a naturalized citizen, we just don’t know.
I think he has Two problems there.
