What Goat Doc was doing was obvious; and he did it well. The Democrats have lost control of their party to the Far Left and, if not stopped, they will drive the ship of state into the rocks. Now a Democrat is trying, literally, the trick of a Philadelphia lawyer. Berg has probably been successful in filing constitutional cases in the past - when Berg wasn’t fighting Leftist jurists. Though I think it a misreading of U.S. Const., Art II, Sec. 1, the judge could rule that standing does not exist until after the election (yet, the Constitution uses the word “eligible”, which can reasonably be read to include candidates). I agree with a FReeper who commented earlier about the constitutional crisis that could arise if we were to learn Obama is not a U.S. citizen.
You attacked Goat Doc, Goat Doc successfully defended himself, and you lost. Just tell Goat Doc that you’re sorry, without the insufferable epithets, and go to a new thread.
The only thing that I was even responding to was that Goat Doc told me he doesn’t go around correcting people’s mistakes and then writes a 3 page diatribe about my mistakes.
