That's the logic? Frankly, I wish they'd do the same thing here in Colorado. I want to early vote, but will have trouble making it to the polls when they are open. If they'd keep them open later here it would probably help McCain.
You remember that when ACORN, and other such groups, are clamoring to keep the polls open to give "working people" more time to vote. They, and groups like them, have done that in critical areas for the last several elections.
Of course what it really does is give them more time to bring another few busloads of the folks they registered in to vote, and then again a couple of precincts over.
If the times need to be changed, the time to do that is *before* voting starts, not midstream.
