It's not promoting digg. It's promoting conservative themed articles and videos in front of a wider audience instead of preaching to the choir all the time.

A number of us are already on Digg trying to bump up conservative articles and videos. We need more.

It's advantageous to all of us conservatives to try to actually convert people on the fence once in a while with good, strong conservative information. This is a way to do that.

Or we could just let the libs have it and put their information out to hundreds of thousands of swing voters a day unchallenged.

It wouldn’t be promoting Digg anymore than FReeping polls promotes the polls. The whole point is to get our message out. First we post it or find it here on FR. Then we post it on forums like Digg, and then we have our fellow FReepers Digg it to the top. In many cases, when a Digger clicks on the link, it will take them right back here! Who knows, it may even expand our rolls!!! Think of it as FRee advertising for FreeRepublic :o)
