You think that's a problem? How compliant will your employees be after they see you dragged off in handcuffs and charged with multiple felonies?

LOL... Yeah, and they’ll face three people that have continually handed the ATF their butts in court in my case since..
1. I am not beholden to sell to any particular entity including the Government. Should the BATFE or any government body mess with us, I will close my doors and seal the R&D work so no one gets a hold of it. It will be their loss more than mine.
2. If they don’t like it, they will have to do without the firearms my company produces. They can go elsewhere.
3. I don’t have to sell to any individual. I’m a manufacturer and I’ll sell only to FFL’s if it comes to that.

If a prohibited entity acquires one of our firearms and it is sent in for service, we will render the firearm non-functional according to BATFE regulations and return it in compliance with the law.
