It looks like the picture represents what we have been saying all along. Notice the guillotine is labeled court, and notice the ballot box is placed next to what I believe is supposed to represent Bush’s head. This means that the LEFT can’t destroy Bush at the ballot box, So they have to destroy him through the courts.
