yea I’ve seen that done before.
man gets asked who he will vote for and he says well I am republican but will vote for obama, then they go into the Dem talking points.
If I ever get asked then I’ll be doing the same by saying well I am a life long Dem but this time I will vote for McCain as obama is a socialist and the party has moved to a Marxist party.
If one person votes for obama and has a gun then they need to wake up pretty quick as that gun will be going out the door by the obama goon squad and they can forget to self defence

Moynihan Asks Big Tax Increase On Ammunition

Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan said today that he would insist that President Clinton’s health-care plan include a huge increase in Federal taxes on handgun ammunition that would make some especially destructive bullets unaffordable.
The New York Democrat has often contended that the best way to attack gun violence would be to restrict the sale of ammunition, not guns. Today, for instance, he noted that the nation has a 200-year supply of guns but only a 4-year supply of ammunition.
“Guns don’t kill people; bullets do,” he told the Senate as he introduced his legislation today. “It is time the Federal Government began taxing handgun ammunition used in crime out of existence.”

The NRA is very very good at turning out their base. My membership expired, which I will renew after I give McCain-Palin/GOP all of my money.
I have received 2 or 3 mailers so far. The NRA is a national treasure. They protect the Second so the Second protects the others.
Dude — if you are a lifelong member you know Sarah clinched this deal. She has been in their mags going back at least 5 years as an up and coming star. The NRA loves Sarah.
My guess is Sarah got the deal clinched and McCain made them promises that he better not break. If it was not for Sarah - the NRA might have opted out.

I was the Indy gun show on Saturday, they had a wide assortment of anti-Obama shirts, from Marx/Obama ‘08 to Joe Plumber. Any gun owner that votes for Obama must be brain dead.
Absolutely NO DOUBT that Palin brought the endorsement ... but being the SOB I am ... and tired of RINO’s .... If I were king of the NRA, my endorsemnet would have read “NRA endorses Palin and whatshisname” Guess that would be impolitic though ...lol
Funny thing ... Sarah seems to be the deal breaker on many issues. If not for her, I would have left the presidential box blank.
And as much flak as we are hearing from McLames internal organization .. I have a feeling she is giving all of his elite Rino cronies fits as well. Without her ... he doesn’t have a snowballs chance in that warm place.
