You are old and frail. You have become a burden to your children and grandchildren. You don't want them to suffer do you? Every time you go to the doctor you prevent a younger person from receiving care, you don't want that do you? You have lived a good, long life, it is not that we want to punish you, we just think it would be more fair to give those younger than you a chance. SO DIE ALREADY YOU OLD HAG!!!!!
