That’s the point!. He endangered your daughter when he made that left turn and as a result opened himself AND the cab company to litigation.
If your daughter is really OK{remember some injuries in a car accident aren’t always immediate}, and I’m sure she is but make sure, then you could use the endangerment as a means to get something, for examples sake.
I for the time being have chosen not to go after the drunken lady that rearended me last Thanksgiving eve. She basically paid all my out of pocket expenses and then some. So for now. I’m not doing anything, although I have another year to change my mind.
