Additional, re Hampton Roads: Newport news is 40% black, Hampton 45%, Suffolk 44%. Virginia Beach, the largest Hampton Roads city by population is 19% black. Hampton Roads will go Obama.
Stats HereVirgina beach is a toss up. I live in Gloucester and this area will go McCain. Richmond will also go for Obama. The rest of the state traditionally goes GOP.
