I have to agree with you. I don’t see how this helps him in the polls at all. It will, however, take his 2001 audio tape off the front page. I wonder when it actually happened and why the release of the info now?

That's how it helps him. It distracts from his redistributionist statements, and his "dissing" of the Constitution (calling the lack of mandates for the Government to "do things on your behalf", "The tragedy of the Constitution". I guess he hasn't read Art.I, Section 8, which pretty much lays out all the things the government is given power to do, either on our behalf directly, or on behalf of the states, depending on how ones looks at things)

It also makes him into the victim, instead of the would be victimizer of the taxpayers.
