I hope he’ll fade into obscurity after this election. In a few years he’ll be remembered vaguely as that fad of 2008 and maybe he’ll be immortalized as a Trivial Pursuit or Useless Knowledge question.

Am I reading this right? He faults the Warren court for actually following the Constitution instead of going their own way and trashing it. What about finding a "right to Privacy" where none existed?
