We are born naked. There is no cross-dressing gene.
All clothing is a result of culture and societal conditioning.
One who gets his jollies over dressing up like a woman is TRANSvestitism...known as dressing in drag. Most of these folks still want to keep the apparatus they were born with—no nip and tuck.
