I would think that this could be perceived as a veiled threat to the life of Gov. Palin and the Secret Service needs to act on it.

I doubt this guy has much to worry about. Even if the Secret Service took notice of this, what would they be able to do? No one could reasonably make the case that this was an actual death threat. This diaplay is boorish and tasteless, but I don't see any actual crime having been committed. Left-wing protestors burn the President in effigy all the time, and no one gets charged with anything.
