I know what you are saying but I thought Obama has said his mother was American and his father was Kenyan. Am I wrong on that? My birth certificate has my mother’s age on it. Is his mother’s age the issue in that she was 18 at the time and couldn’t have been in country 5 years even if he was born in the US?
She had lived in the US for the 10 years required prior from what I have gleaned. The 5 years after aged 14 clause is an either/or
if not then no woman under 19 plus could birth a US citizen anywhere not even Peoria
some here think he was born elsewhere which would make a difference but Hawaii acknowledges a birth certificate
but to be fair, I do have to wonder why they don't release a good birth certificate?
and I suspect there is no name for daddy or it's different from Odinga and Obama doesn't want the embarrassment to hit this race...
