...person's privilege of being issued an unlimited license. I'm all for the Second Amendment. But the burden rests on the person who carries a gun to meet all the requirements. just damn, whodathunk that you could legislate a Right into 'prove your innocence' licensing scheme for a 'priveledge' ???
Brandish and fire in the air are no-no's...but that really isnt the 'Right' question in the first place...
