Condolences to her family.
Just tragic and so sad.
ARGH
The person who did this most likely knew her. According to police homicide profiles, if it’s someone the person doesn’t know that they are out to hurt/kill, the attacker goes for vulnerable spots all over and really don’t focus on the face. When it’s someone they know, it’s almost ALL on the face and head and it’s vicious - it’s personal.
And just what do you know about Little Rock that makes it 'really weird'?
Search is a lost Freeper skill.
I live in the LR metro area and while it is far from perfect, the community overall is pretty decent. Yes, it is the “ground zero” for Arkansas politics and there have been plenty of colorful characters in that arena. But, I don’t think that Anne’s portrayal of Coulter in “W” had anything to do with her murder; I think it was a psycho who had become enamored of her and he basically killed her out of an evil, warped desire to find some kind of sexual fulfillment.

I spent a day there ... was the Longest WEEK of my LIFE
She was on Camera, bit part in Stone’s “W” movie. This day and age, can’t rule out anything.
Condolences to the Family!
There was mention of her 2 cocker spaniels in the video I just watched. Has there been any mention of them? Were they found in the house? Locked in another room? Outside somewhere?
I’m not a fan of the current search logic. If they wanted to cut down on duplicates, they’d default to headlines, not keywords. And I’ve never found the poster search to work correctly. At least there is a workaround for that.
I don’t think it was an acquaintance
her debit card got used
Point taken. The Clinton’s have perhaps caused me to judge LR too harshly. The truth is (of course) that we live in a great country with good people in the majority everywhere...
I suppose my point (to the extent that I have one)is that it seems that a lot of strange things happen in LR compared to towns of similar size but perhaps this is just an artifact of media coverage.
In any event — I apologize.
Who am I to talk anyway?, I live in NYC and was born in Baltimore — both tough towns in their own way.
And I missed the larger point — which is that a perfectly nice young woman lost her life tragically and her family and friends must be in enormous pain. My prayers go out to them.
More than likely, some psycho from her days in Memphis.
Or a violent type who went to see the movie she was in... and hated her for speaking support for W and the war in the move.
My impression of NY went up a lot after reading your reply. Thank you.
I spent half a day in NY and can't say that there was anything wrong with it except the traffic. Maybe you should give Arkansas another try. It really isn't all that bad if you haven't already made up your mind before you get here.
