It’s happening slowly, but it’s happening. We still have a shot.

Not if we waste time in states where we don't have a shot at the expense of states where we do. McCain should concentrate on Ohio, Virginia, Colorado, and Florida. If he takes those then he should win.

Mac should concentrate on the States you mentioned, love Pennsylvania, and ardently court Michigan. NH and Iowa, too. Non-stop.
Peak at the right time and Pray for PUMA participation.

Mac has wasted too much time fishing in an empty lake.
Go where the fish are, man!
Obviously, we need the less arrogantly biased local media to report on our campaign events.
I guess the issue is “all politics is local” v. “call me when you need me.”

Mac and the Governor need to keep it on the ground, in the trenches, with three or more events a day. No specifics on anything; broad themes.
Mac needs to point out, just say it, that Obama is a socialist who wants to take your paycheck and spread it around.

But, with a week or so to go, I fear we will only win if we vote in very large numbers. I think we will. Fear is a good motivator.
As stated by others here, I sense we are doing better in all regards. The shift in Catholic sentiment (OK, I like the polls I like) is remarkable.
