He is an Arab-American. Daddy was of Arabic descent. So he's and Arab-African-American. You only have to look at photos of BHO Sr, to see that there is not much Arab there. Probably some, the Arabs liked their slave girls as much as Chicken George's father did.

His father was born in Kenya, but his family was of Arab descent. Same as if a person was born in America but his family was Arab. Location of birth does not convey genealogy.
