That is a good suggestion and very effective. Texas is an early vote state but I live in a rural county, NW of San Antonio. I’m proud that there were good common-sense controls in place, deputies observing (at the courthouse where we were required to go), order maintained, no sloganeering or campaign rhetoric allowed while in line (the boundary for that is at the sidewalk), plus verification of who you are by clerks on computer and hard copy databases.
It was orderly and I believe, as “clean” as humanly possible.
Much credit goes to them who are putting in mega-hours for it to be done right.
Obama targets the poor, downtrodden, homeless and criminal. So look for most of his calculating to be done in these areas, aka, larger cities.
