I have no idea who was rifling through Joe’s government records, but when Palin was selected for the VP slot someone at the police union in Alaska said they were immediately contacted by Obama campaign staffers seeking dirt on Palin. I wouldn’t be surprised if calls were made to Unions representing government workers in Ohio to see what they could dig up on Joe. It’s no secret that Union Bosses have sold out the rank and file members by using all resources to trade favors with the Obama campaign.

Why wouldn't they... Look at how Schumer's minions illegally accessed Michael Steele's credit report, and probably other government information, in order to try to dig up dirt on the man.

IIRC, nothing was ever done about it, other than a slap on the wrist, and Schumer walked away from it, and survived to slime others again and again.
