I think minutestolive is referring to another Ronald Reagan showing his face and wisdom to the conservatives in this country. I'm sure he wasn't insinuating to anything illegal.

Well, maybe. However it let itself open to too many ill intrepretations which FR doen’t need to be associated with. Hopefullly minutestolive will clarify what he mean.

People are too loose with language concerning presidents and “actions” and I am very uncomfortable with that.
