That’s really weird because an Ohio paper was reporting that Judge Surrick had ruled in favor of Berg and that Obama’s name had to be taken off the ballot, in yesterday’s Xenia Gazette and has been removed. The article about the report is at the following address. Funny, when I just went onto the link below it came up with a flag saying that my IP address was blocked. Be quick and jump on to see it before THAT disappears too: http://brianakira.wordpress.com/2008/10/25/is-this-for-real-judge-orders-obama-to-be-removed-from-ballots/

US District Court Judge Honorable R. Barry Surrick has ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was not a “natural born” or “naturalized” citizen and is ineligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States.

Judge Surrick then ordered the Democratic National Committee to cease all campaign activity on behalf of their candidate for President. He further ordered Obama be removed from all election ballots.

-- That’s really weird because an Ohio paper was reporting that Judge Surrick had ruled in favor of Berg --

Reporters are not the more intelligent part of the population. Probably below average, on the whole. One of them took the proposed order by Berg as having been endorsed by the judge. But anybody whose been around litigation knows that the parties routinely offer proposed orders for the judge to sign, so by going through the papers one could just as easily find a proposed order by the Obama side.
