It is a VERY BIG NO-NO if the docket clerks do not scan the docs into CM/ECF. It may take a day or two but they will get in. They must be in the case management system or else!

That truncated docket I posted was obtained just this morning. ZERO of the documents (and you can see the docket goes back to August 21) are available online.

Obviously, the documents are "in the case management system," seeing as how their identification and description are available online.

I'm very curious to know if this case is an anomaly in that regard, first in Judge Surrick's courtroom. I suppose I could pick a few cases at random and check.
