Much as I hate Hillary, I hate more the idea that someone could commit such a gigantic fraud on the US people.

True but it was done in 1960 when JFK won because of fraud in ILL and TEX

A citizen not having standing to sue in court to prove a presidential candidate meets the qualifications is like taxation without representation. The courts are a branch of government that checks and balances the other two branches...if U.S. citizens aren’t a party with an interest in whether a candidate is qualified under the U.S. Constitution to be president then who is? The lawsuit simply asks for Mr. Obama to produce a certified copy of birth certificate. This “SHOULD” be a mandate for presidential candidates...and not their copy but a copy issued by the state...sent from the state to the F.E.C.

As much as I don't like the result, the judge made the correct ruling. Obama only connection to the US at this time is as a Senator. The case was filed in Fed court challenging his standing to be President of the US. Since he isn't the President, and the elections he is running in, although for a Federal office, are State elections yet to be held, the Fed court really can't do much before the fact.

The mistake Berg made is that he filed the case in the wrong court. The proper court would be the State court where he could argue to have Obamanot thrown off of the state ballot for being ineligible due to his apparent citizenship problems.

So filing in State circuit courts is where it should happen...well we know what will happen in Florida..lol

How about PA state Court..and Ohio..and Virginia? How about Illinois?? Iowa? Wisconsin? Indiana? Missouri? California? New York and New Jersey?....could be interesting....

Agreed. Voters choose electors, electors choose candidates, it’s not until Congress actually is declaring a winner that the issue really begins, and it’s not until the Chief Justice swears the winner in that we have a crisis. Law is a funny thing in being so damn precise, and everything has to be exactly right for a challenge to work.

Indeed, the problem at this level is with the states: they’re the one putting him on the ballot and sending electors to vote for him.

The one value to going to the Supreme Court is reminding the Chief Justice that it’s ultimately up to HIM to vet the winning candidate identified by Congress.

There are suits going on right now in, I believe, eight states. Hopefully, Berg’s appeal to Scotus will bring some awareness to the masses.

Well I’d say that’s a nice summary for a ticker announcement....I wish this would’ve happened a month ago.

Are these suits in federal or state courts?

“Death by 50 cuts” could be interesting in deed if his citizenship is truely compromised. Imagine if he got tossed off of California or NY, it would pretty much sink him for good.

And if the shoe was on the other foot Dan Rather would be in Kenya doing an expose on this story..he’d have the birth certificate (real or not) of the Republican...along with testimony of the grandma who was there at the birth....

My middle son, who rarely listens to anything like the news, asked me if I had heard about the allegations that Obama wasn’t a US citizen. The word IS getting out but it will take a Supreme Court decision to make the LSM give it any air time.

I hope Berg has got enough brains not to argue this himself.

I am not a lawyer, or in the legal profession, but I seem to recall that you have to have some type of certification or special license to argue a case in the Supreme Court. I think Berg is appealing the case, and if so, it would surprise me that he would be qualified to represent his own case in the court.

You have this correct, with one exception. Dan Rather would be standing in front of a large photograph of some scenery from Kenya that was located in the US, saying that he was in Kenya.

Let’s lay off that ‘1960 fraud in Texas’ stuff.

LBJ & cohorts lied, cheated, stole, extorted, and stuffed ballot boxes fair & square!
