She may have standing yes. She was a candidate, so yes she would have standing. Only problem is, she seems to be marching in lock step atm....

Bill Richardson, Chris Dodd, even Joe Biden too, along with the other bunch of Democrat also-rans for their party’s nomination would have standing at this juncture and leading up to it.

McCain has more standing than anyone it would seem, especially in the event that Hussein wins the election—but he’d be the last person to throw stones.
