I really don't think SCOTUS is going to want to touch it once Riots start springing up either....

If they deal with it now they could avert some NASTY stuff if they wait till after the election and heaven forbid the man Obama gets elected.

In reality not taking it disenfranchises millions of Voters. They can't afford THAT either.
