Going to the link explained it all. Obama complained to doj about McCain. Then Husaria (a Hillary CLinton sight dealing in BO fraud during the primary) forwarded this letter with accompanying explanation to DOJ etc.

The article is only a part of the total story at the source of this post, thus misleading at best. This letter in the posted article was sent by the Clinton campaign to the chair of the Nevada Dem. Party on 1-23-08, not the DOJ..

This Clinton letter was sent to the DOJ in a letter Oct. 23, 2008 by the Source of this article in response to a letter to the DOJ on Oct. 15, 2008 by the OBama Campaign regarding ““Bogus Claims of Vote Fraud and the McCain-Palin Campaign’s Attempts to Involve U.S. Attorneys and the Department of Justice.”

Thus the bottom line the DOJ is just not getting the info.
