Former Massachusetts Gov. William Weld endorsed Democrat Barack Obama for president yesterday, citing Obamas deep sense of calm and first-class political temperament.
Weld, a Republican, said he has never endorsed a Democrat for president before, but in the last six weeks or so, it became close to a no-brainer. Weld should make sure the door is closed and locked as walks out on the Republican party.
He’s not even a RINO He’s a Democrat infiltrator.
"The Revenge of Stepped on Toes."
I like that...Vichy Republicans as opposed to RINO’s.
We should start addressing them as VR’s in public.
So: this is what it means to be a Republican Governor of Massachusetts?
Funny thing is, Weld and Romney were pretty much identical until Romney chose to run for President. Which is why I never could accept Romney as a candidate. No one changes that much so quickly.
I never like Weld. I voted for John Silber in the 1990 gov. election. He is a shmuck. Not to mention waist deep in the Whitey Bulger/Boston FBI fiasco.
