I wouldn’t jump to conclusions. Did judge Surrick sign this or is the paper reporting what the DNC and Obama Lawyers filed 10/24/08. I noticed on The Daily Jot that a memorandum was filed by DNC and Obama. There have been many instances of reporting what has been filed, while actually it still hasn’t been signed by the judge. Jeff at americasright has been on top of this since the story broke. He is still hoping that the judge may rule on monday.
