The judge says the lawsuit is “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.” It sounds like the judge’s decision was written for him by Obama’s lawyers.

“I spoke to Phil Berg’s assistant around 9:30 this morning and she had gone to Pacer to try and download the documents and there were NO documents there. They are trying to find out what is going on and where this reporter got his information.”
Anyway, apparently Berg has the ruling now, but it is strange the press would get it more than 12 hours before Berg got it.
