Historically, the leaders of efforts to root out heresy in the Church have been Dominicans.

Are you Roman-Catholic?Are you some sort of Communist that wants to register people's religion?
Here are the 2007 (and prior year) CCHD grantees, see the bottom of the page for links.
Nothing in New Hampshire for 2007. I wonder why. We have more people than Vermont, which got $85K.

Barak Obama - was lead organizer in Chicago for the Developing Communities Project, it received a $40,000 Catholic Campaign for Human Development grant in 1985 and a $33,000 grant in 1986. The CCHD contributed to the organization for which obama worked, which is not acorn, the CCHD gives to hundreds of marxist organizations; and as we've been saying for 2 decades is that the catholic church/Bishops/USCCB, through donations from the faithful, has not only contributed to obama's salary but to many pro-abortion/Marxist Organizations and will continue to do so...
Many years ago, the Bishops were each sent a 4 binder that detailed the continuing problem of funding radical Alinskyian organizations and the progressives with whom they network. It demonstrated the CCHDs funding pro-abortion networks such as the Justice, Economic Dignity, and Independence for Women (JEDI Women) grants in $20,000 in 1994 and $20,000 in 1995 a group that worked in coalition with Planned Parenthood, Utahans for Choice, and Utah NOW.
The CCHD put the word Catholic in its name and improved its guidelines to disqualify openly pro-abortion groups but has continued to fund the Alinskyian organization that are politically networked to the pro-abortionists.
The CCHD can be applauded for finally acknowledging that illegal activity must not be rewarded with Catholic money, but it must take the next step toward authentic human development funded one that respects life.

Are you some sort of Communist that wants to register people's religion? Yes, I'm a Communist. My mission is to seek out and identify people according to their religion. (Do I need to use the '/sarc' sign for you?)
Now, are you a Roman-Catholic? Because I happen to be and if you are not I would suggest you look into your own denomination's closet before attempting to besmirch the Church of the Apostle Peter, Saints Michael, Gabriel, Jeanne d'Arc, Bernadette, et al, and of course, devout member, jla.

My b-i-l doesn’t do the Second Collection in his Parish for the CCHD. His Bishop leaves it up to the individual Pastors to decide whether or not they want to do it.

I have to say that I have been so proud of the Catholic Church during this election. Good on them!
