The observers have been here since early October.
They have been monitoring the media, election preparations, etc.
After the election they will issue a report. Under the treaty we signed (I can’t remember the date) we are subject to their recommendations.
Maybe they can compare notes with the UN group that was here over the summer to study racial prejudice in the US.
