Yes, from the Obama Timeline:

After returning to Hawaii and upon turning age 18, Obama could possibly have given up his Indonesian citizenship and become a naturalized U.S. citizen, with the proper paperwork filed through the U.S. State Department and by swearing an oath of allegiance to the United States. It is believed that Obama did not do so. [258,300,301]

If Obama did not relinquish his Indonesian citizenship and become a naturalized U.S. citizen, he remains an Indonesian citizen, and has not been a U.S. citizen since moving to Indonesia in 1966 or 1967. Thus, he is ineligible to be President of the United States. (He is also ineligible to be a United States Senator.) Obama’s repeated failure to provide documentation to prove he is a U.S. citizen suggests it does not exist, and he is therefore possibly perpetrating a colossal fraud on the 300 million citizens of the United States. Obama may, in fact, be an illegal resident alien, subject to expulsion from the United States Senate, arrest, and deportation to Indonesia. [258,300]

How should I know? I did not claim he lost it, please re-read my post.

The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps.

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

* Anyone born inside the United States
* Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
* Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
* Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
* Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
* A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born, for example.

I doubt anyone other than SCOTUS is going to stop him at this point.

If he wins, and there is evidence he isn't natural born, the challenge would take place in the House, when the electoral votes are officially counted. You know they'll uphold their oath to protect the Constitution, don't you? Well, don't you?

Yes, if he was born in Hawaii then for 99% of America he is qualified citizen-wise, whatever the technicalities. If he was born in Kenya, then it gets more complicated. Of course, he isn’t qualified in terms of experience.

Defendant Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and it is uncertain in which hospital he claims to have been born.

Why is it uncertain which hospital he claims he was born in? Just ask him. Also, this guy has other names, right?

And the name Hussein, no one is allowed to speak it, why?

Kind of creepy.

Sure you can.
Just go down to a US Consulate and tell them that you’re there to renounce your US Citizenship. They’ll guide you through the whole process.

We are looking at only Obama. Assume that his Party is complicit. Look at the power they have wielded in the last two months, over the strong objection of many citizens. If there is a coverup of Obama’s information by the Democrats, it means that to protect themselves the Democrats must essentially be prepared to enact a bloodless coup d’état.

I think I read where Berg came out today and said he had a recording of Obamah’s grandmother in Kenya saying little Barack was born there.

You have that incorrect, since Indonesia would require renouncing the US citizenship to quailify for school in Indonesia, so his school documents in Indonesia reflect solely Indonesian citizenship, again, they did't allow for dual. It does not matter that US did allow dual, that is NOT where he was.

I read it. I don’t get it. If he is a natural born citizen, he must formally renounce his citizenship before an official of the US. He is NOW A US CITIZEN travelling on a US passport. You will have to be a little clearer in what you mean.

Hospitals normally do a very good job of keeping records. They did a good job of keeping records when I was born (1950) and when my parents were born.

Certainly, this can can be cleared up legitimately without the Democrats referring to "those conspiracy theorists".

A parent can’t take status away. But Obama, by traveling on an Indonesian passport at the age of 20, would have had to renounce his US citizenship. Obama made that choice, not his mom.
Also, I think he was enrolled at Occidental as a foreign student. I know I would have been a little overwhelmed to have arrived at college and have 2 foreign roomates. Sounds like Occidental roomed foreign students together. Wonder if anyone could find someone who was enrolled as a foreign student there and ask.
