Read the NO on 11 site. Its a who's who of leftist interest groups and the state Democratic Party establishment. I can understand why they oppose an admittedly imperfect reform or for that matter ANY reform. Keeping power is human nature and self interest overrides idealism here.

Nope--only half of it. The other 1/2 is on the Yes on 11 website. I posted the link to the list, above.

If they were serious about wanting a redistricting proposal to make districts competitive, they wouldn't have offered this convoluted plan, IMO.
