“I so wish Oregon were in play...”

I’m still not convinced that Oregon and many other states are not in play this year. I live in one of the burbs outside Portland, and I see very few Obama or McCain bumper stickers and yard signs here. Most of the adults I know are voting for McCain this time around, and a lot of them voted for Kerry last time around (to my dismay). Most of the former Kerry supporters are democrats and voted for Hillary in the primaries.

I have two children in school, and they tell me that the parents of most of their friends are also voting for MCain, so I wouldn’t be surprised if, the race here is a lot closer than the pollsters are telling us.

No matter what state you live in, if we all get out there and talk to people, I still believe we can win this election, expecially with the PUMA’s on our side. Don’t give up hope anywhere!

Oh I do, every chance I get.

We have a lot of walkers in the neighborhood here, I am thinking of putting a table up at the end of my drive way and setting myself up as a target for questioning. Actually that sounds like fun!

I may have to do that! Put out some cups and some fresh coffee and invite it! Hummmmm
