Obama is promising tax breaks while the DEMON run congress will do his dirtywork for him. If he steals the office and that is the only way he’ll win, he will call on his den of theives and they’ll disagree with him and raise Capital gains, Payroll and income taxes on those way down on the income scale to around 70k. Oh he will denounce it but say he will sign on reluctantly in the name of helping out those that don’t have success; meaning those who will not make the effort to lift themselves up on the socioeconomic ladder.

This will be named the era of the HANDOUT!

“He will give them blood and they will love him for it!”

Sound familiar?

Social Security is such a disaster that of course the Dim response would be to create another one - Social Security II.

"You’re assuming we’ll be allowed to really vote in 2010......"

Precisely.

Most Americans, bless their naive hearts, do not know what is coming down the Democrat/Communist sh*t shoot.

They have no concept of not having freedom. They are almost incapable of envisioning a life lived under an oppresive government.

My Dad always said that the biggest obstacle to learning somthing new is the "knowledge" that you already have. If you aren't open to new information you are a sitting duck to Murphy's law and reality's other assorted shocks and kicks in the teeth.

The "it can't happen here" belief is extremely dangerous.

Please wake up America.

Maybe we should all just up and pull our money out now blaming it on fear of what the DEMONS are planning to do. What kind of damamge to our financial system do think that will cause?

Stupid, criminal actions like this will spell the end of the US. This LibTard garbage will lead to a second revolution, IMO.

From the article: “ “I want to spend our nation’s dollar for retirement security better. Everybody would now be covered” if the plan were adopted, Ghilarducci said.”

These dimwits can’t tell the difference between MY money and any other money. The gubmint DOES NOT have any MONEY, apart from what they extort from the citizenry, or print (fiat money; which devalues the money of the citizenry).

This should be hammered by McCain and Palin, all day long. It is things like this that spell the difference between the DhimmiRats and any sane folks remaining in the country.

Indeed. However, SporeTM gives me incentives to develop 5-limbed 6-eyed sharktoothed aliens that have the capacity for space flight.

That tells me everything I need to know.
"Socialist University of New York" is more like it.

“Maybe we should all just up and pull our money out now blaming it on fear of what the DEMONS are planning to do.”

I’m game — Democrat/Communists are trying to destroy the productive and the capitalist system so let’s shut it down first — we own the on/off switch. Let them see the results, suffer accordingly and get on with living again, sooner.

I’ll pull out my money and close the doors of my businesses today if I thought it would help defeat these parasites.

I wish their were enough people who would make this sort of thing happen.

If you read the plan it is nothing more than an extension of Social Security. You pay 5 percent of your income (a tax), and you earn 3 percent per year on special treasury bonds. (just like social security except SS does not specify a rate of return.)

Basically the money will go into the general fund, and be spent, and someday maybe you will get it back, if the entire government doesn't go broke by then.

I expect the stock market would also collapse on this. Come to think of it that may have been what happened today.

Great. You're going to see even MORE liquid assets legally fleeing the USA because of this change.

Can you say over US$20 TRILLION sitting in finance companies in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Grand Cayman Island, Panama, Singapore, Switerland, etc. by the end of Obama's first term in office? That US$20 trillion staying here in the USA under more favorable tax circumstances would single-handedly cure our economic woes in a few weeks!

It's stupidity like this that is all the more reason to replace the current unwieldy Federal income tax system with FairTax.
