I read through the court filings (you can find them here :
at Justia.Com) and, at least from my view point, Berg appears to be meticulous and direct in these proceedings. I don't think he's dragging it out; I think he's dotting the i's and crossing the t's. The Obama camp and, regrettably, the Presiding Judge appear to be dragging their feet. Berg seems to have confidence that Judge Surrick is honorable, however, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt as well. From a Constitutional perspective he must certainly understand the necessity to wrap this up prior to election day.
even if everything he says is true about Obama’s birth certificate....and granny’s on tape...who cares? Dems aren’t gonna dump Obama now. It’s well past time to do anything. There’s less than 2 weeks left. If this was to come out, it would have been a little more effective LAST YEAR.
