It does sound like API redux. I don't think a tape recording is going to prove anything, you will need a paper document signed and sealed by some official authority in Kenya. And, that probably won't do it without affidavits from witnesses.

Exactly, I can make a tape saying whatever you want to believe and it will prove nothing. All these guys are con artists that string the gullible along by promising to release evidence "in a couple days". I can't believe after all this time, 12 days before the election folks are still waiting on magic tapes.
