and you are going to post it.
Opinions are like -—holes. Everyone’s got one. This is Morans take.
Pessimistic and absurd. Our friend Chet is posting the same narrative from 2004 about early voting. The polls are already over-tweaked for a giant Democratic turnout. McCain has to close well, but this is extremely winnable.
“Warning: This is a very pessimistic take. “
So is every news broadcast and AP article.
Rick Moran is a full Freeper and full time McCain hater form way back.
This needs to posted as a Blog and a bad one
seriously, WTH are wrong with these people?
Did they all think 2006 was going to come out great and got shell-shocked when many conservatives decided to stay home and they don’t want that to happen again?
Well I got news for these guys, the vast majority of the 2006 people who stayed home are coming out for McPalin. Why they haven’t caught onto this, I have no clue.
I think a LOT of folks will hold their nose and vote for McCain / Palin... but will not openly admit it.... I think that number is very UNDER reported. .
my 2 cents worth
OMG! I’m so depressed. In fact, your post depressed me so much, I may not bother to vote....or maybe I will anyway.
St Louis Conservative strikes again!
You are absolutely a troll, but since you stick it out there, let’s deal with it.
1. Gallup has already told us today that there is NO DIFFERENCE in the proportion of new voters in this election to 2004.
2. Every African American in america can show up at the polls, but it is still only 12% of the population of the United States.
3. Many GOP vote by Absentee instead of Early Voting. Abstentees aren’t included in the EV total.
4. The African American enthusiasm is understandable and I believe it easily explains the margin for Zero in the early vote. I myself didn’t early vote until yesterday, so rick moron will need to sharpen up his numbers.
5. St Louis conservative, trolls, and Mr. Moron are the ones who should avoid sharp objects so they don’t stab themselves in the eyes while mccain makes his victory speech Nov 4th.
I’ve been hearing this for every election cycle since I can remember. The Democrat never do as well as they poll and there is no big third-party challenger in this election cycle to help, which is how Bill Clinton won his two terms. Remember, there was no way that Bush could beat Kerry in 2004, yet he did.
I guess this is before that woman was attacked becasue of odumbos hate speech
When you come to a hill, do you give up and turn around? Or do you put forth the extra effort to make it over the hill?
The house won’t be that bad as most seats are heavily gerrymandered anyways but the senate. Black turnout is going to put our southern senators in trouble. We already see chamberliss and mitchell way too close to the margin of error.
Again, this is all due to not defining the financial mess right away which the top of the ticket should’ve done. Now its too late and everyoen thinks fannie mae and freddie mac is the fault of republicans.
If we lose it will be John McCain’s fault for wasting time in washington and not attacking Barry to begin with in the first debate about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Were you alive during 2004? This is just a rehash of what we heard during early voting about Kerry’s lead, in fact, do you remember election day 2004 and Kerry’s exit polls declaring him a winner? Polls are polls are polls. They may be right, they might not...they don’t change anything. I can’t see why people are so consumed with polls. You vote, you make sure your friends and family vote, and either McCain wins or Obama wins...bottom line.
I’ve read some helpful facts indicating black turnout can’t increase too much BUT still seems to me that in a close election Obama is going to get an increased African American vote and that will make the difference for him. Haven’t seen a current poll yet that puts McCain ahead, although I am still hoping. So at best it looks like we are in a close election, and there Obama has a huge minority edge.
But we shall see. McCain Palin are fighting all the way and there is no reason to be negative about them. Still, that doesn’t mean they’ll win.
Your posting history shows you only post negative stories, and the other day used a KOS term, “diaries” when referring to your posts.
A rambling sourpuss blog post from yesterday is now news?
Wake me up when IBD calls it.
Moran is a moron.
Don’t take my word for it, read this:

Sarah Palin just guaranteed victory. That’s good enough for me.
The Commie ‘RATS, especially those expecting to vote frequently during this election cycle, ran to the polls early in hopes of being blessed by their “messiah” and figuring that maybe they won’t get caught engaging in voter fraud. The way I see it, that means that their goatsmellin’ asses won’t be at the polls on election day when all of us Republicans go to vote. That’s fine with me. It’s their fleas and lice. Those critters are hard to get rid of.
